Angiography-Based Superficial Wall Strain of De Novo Stenotic Coronary Arteries: Serial Assessment of Vessels Treated with Bioresorbable Scaffold or Drug-Eluting Stent
Cardiovascular Revascularization Medicine(2023)
摘要
Superficial Wall Strain (SWS) is computed during the cardiac cycle from the 3-dimensional luminal motion of coronary arteries reconstructed from 2 angiographic views. SWS is compared pre- and post-PCI in stented arteries (left side panels) and pre-, post- and long-term after BRS implantation (right panels). Group data are shown for stented arteries (lower left panel) and for BRS (in the middle panels). The main finding is that high SWS at the stenotic site is decreased to the same extent after metallic DES or BRS implantation.Unlabelled Image
