The bar graph show results (as fold-change values) from quantitative RT-PCR validation of the following genes, MYC, lysosomal - SQSTM1/p62, proteasomal function- PSMB3, PSMB5, PSMD1, PSMD2, common overlapping gene- PSAP, with RNA isolated from control and ixazomib treated Jurkat (TCL) and L540 and L428 (HL) cells, and comparison with the results from microarray experiment. The calculated the p-values (* = p < 0.05, ** = p < 0.01, and *** p < 0.001), were determined based on the fold change values between control and ixazomib treated cells.
