Abstract
This article focuses on the pathways and living conditions of mature adult full-time working students of the Open Portuguese University (UAb), that have a Degree in Education, who undertake their studies at a distance university. The main objective is to seek to know their future projects and the impact of this degree (held at a distance university) on the various dimensions of their lives, personal and professionally. The data presented and analyzed results from the application of a questionnaire survey, applied in 2015 and in 2017, which was built within the Observatory of Professional and Life Pathways of Graduates of the Open University. The conclusions point to a high level of student satisfaction with the completion of the eLearning degree, highlighting aspects related to the self-regulation capacity of their learning, but also aspects that call for a collaborative dimension.
