Supplementary Figure S1. Schematic figure The LOAd703 genome is displayed in the Figure. The adenovirus serotype 5 genome was modified to include E2F sites and a Sp-1 site upstream of E1A. The E1A has the delta 24 deletion. Further E3 was deleted of the genes 6.7K and gp19K. At the L5 segment, the serotype 5 fiber was converted to that of serotype 35 (shaft and knob). About 600 bp downstream of L5, a CMV promoter was added together with a transgene cassette encoding human 4-1BBL and TMZ-CD40L.
