Supplemental Figure 2 from PPARα Agonist Fenofibrate Enhances Cancer Vaccine Efficacy

Groups of mice were vaccinated with AdC68-gDMelapoly. 3, 5 or 7 days later fenofibrate or diluent treatment was started and continued daily till day 17. One day after the last group finished treatment mice were euthanized and their splenic CD44+CD8+ cells were analyzed.
