摘要
Machine learning techniques have been included in various theorem proving tools for approximately two decades. Some of the learning tasks are well understood and tools actually help practitioners, while other tasks are still in their early developmental stages. In this talk I will try to classify the various learning tasks and discuss the learning techniques and tools that are aimed at enhancing the efficiency of interactive theorem provers. I will discuss the most successful techniques aimed at improving the power of automation, that use Monte-Carlo simulations guided by reinforcement learning from previous proof attempts. I will also consider the present and the future challenges including more efficient interaction with interactive theorem provers.
