小叶苦丁茶粗茶中皂苷的提取工艺研究

Abstract
为建立经济、简便、有效的苦丁茶皂苷提取方法,采用正交法对小叶苦丁茶粗茶中皂苷提取,紫外分光光度法对其进行含量测定.结果表明:苦丁茶皂苷在λ=543 nm波长条件,在0.0089～0.0543 mg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,其标准曲线为y=13.124x+0.0479,R2=0.9985;小叶苦丁茶粗茶中皂苷提取工艺为:70％的乙醇,料液比为1:10、提取时间为2 h、提取温度为70℃.本方法经济、简便,重复性好,可快速有效地从小叶苦丁茶粗茶中提取皂苷,为充分利用苦丁茶资源提供实践依据.
