Abstract
目的 建立高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC-UV)法测定中药白果中的毒性物质4'-O-甲基吡哆醇(MPN).方法 色谱柱:Inertil?ODS-SP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-10 mmol/L甲酸铵水溶液(7:93);柱温:30℃;检测波长:220 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;进样量:10μl.结果 定量限、检测限、线性关系、重复性、进样精密度、稳定性均良好.结论 本法可用于中药白果中的毒性物质MPN的测定.
