Abstract
姜因极少开花或不开花,栽培上常利用根状茎进行无性繁殖,长期的营养繁殖极易导致病毒病菌侵染,影响姜的产量和品质.本文从外植体的选择、外植体消毒、培养基及激素选择、病毒病菌检测、驯化移栽等方面进行了论述,并指出姜组培脱毒快繁技术的应用前景.
