摘要
Two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides have drawn great interests due to their exotic physical properties. Here we systematically investigate the magnetotransport properties of polycrystalline WTe2 nanoplate by conducting angle-dependent and field-dependent magnetoresistance measurements. Unconventional sign reversal of angle-dependent magnetoresistance is observed by varying either the temperature or external magnetic field rotating in the plane perpendicular to the nanoplate. Meanwhile, magnetoresistance shows linear dependence on external field in both perpendicular (B⊥I) and parallel (B∥I) configurations. While it changes gradually from linear to quadratic dependency with increasing temperature. The experimental results are well reproduced quantitatively by taking both classical model and weak antilocalization effect into consideration.
