Abstract
"十四五"时期,我国进入城镇化下半场,以人为核心的高质量发展、高品质生活成为共识.新发展阶段对我国城乡规划学科和规划师人才培养提出了系统性建设的新要求.文章针对当前社区精细化治理目标下社区规划师需求与供给不匹配问题,对国内外社区规划师的角色与制度进行梳理和比较,引入协同治理理论,探讨社区规划师角色认知与行动机制,并以重庆市"三师进社区"集体行动为例,分析其制度内涵与创新特色,以期丰富我国社区规划师制度构建的在地化探索.
