摘要
There is an evident semasiological defect in the glossary of HBV discrimiantion. From ethical perspective, HBV discrimination is an absence of necessary mercy, rather than inequality in distribution or procedure injustice. Although we cannot estimate when HBV could be cured medically, we may guess that the rate of HBV carriers in China can be controlled within 1% with the medical and social approaches available presently, which imply the end of HBV discrimination.
