摘要
A 33-year-old, previously fit and well, Asian man with a history of open gastrorrhaphy after abdominal stab wound 13 years ago had been admitted for repair of an asymptomatic abdominal aortic pseudoaneurysm (AAPA), combined with a left renal vein fistula and a venous pseudoaneurysm. The AAPA had been found incidentally during a recent ultrasound examination performed for another reason. He had no history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or any other systemic or inflammatory disease. The patient provided written informed consent for the report of his case details and imaging studies.
