Abstract
Focal therapy for localized prostate cancer is well accepted by patients, with a satisfaction rate of > 80%. Higher prostate-specific antigen at nadir, presence of cancer on follow-up biopsy, bothersome postoperative urinary symptoms, and impotence after focal therapy were independent predictors of treatment decision regret.
