渤海油气田为解决海上平台钻井槽口限制问题,提高大尺寸槽口的利用率,渤海油田先后实施了单筒双井及表层预斜单筒双井.其中表层预斜单筒双井需要在井筒内下入预斜占位钻具,施工过程中部分井出现占位钻具被临井水泥封固在井筒内,无法正常取出,需要进行打捞.
