Abstract
自噬是通过与溶酶体结合,降解受损细胞器及循环再利用胞内营养物质的过程.特应性进程(atopic march)是指从婴儿时期的特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)和食物过敏开始,逐渐发展到儿童期的过敏性哮喘(allergic asthma,AA)、过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)等多种Th2型过敏性疾病.最近研究发现,自噬参与了特应性进程的发生发展,自噬与特应性皮炎的免疫、屏障、遗传等方面的发病机制有关,与过敏性鼻炎和过敏性哮喘的炎症反应和气道重塑等相关.文章将自噬在特应性进程中相关的研究综述如下,以期为过敏性疾病的发现、预防和治疗提供思路.
