Abstract
针对非织造设备托辊在高速旋转过程中存在圆跳动超差的现象,从"人、机、料、法、环"5个环节查找故障原因,通过改变托辊的配平方式,优化加工工艺流程,使托辊动平衡参数符合设计要求,提高托辊成品率,为类似长轴薄壁管状零部件的动平衡提供参考.
