摘要
In this study, we demonstrate a novel approach for synthesizing copper sulfide (CuS) nanoparticles and CuS/polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposite using two different methods: chemical precipitation and in situ polymerization. The samples were characterized using a range of techniques including UV–visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller measurements (BET), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Our results show that the synthesized CuS/PANI electrode exhibits excellent electrochemical performance, including a coulombic efficiency of 98.5% and excellent cyclic stability over 500 cycles. These findings make the CuS/PANI electrode a promising candidate for use in lithium-ion batteries. Graphical abstract
