Laparoscopic Surgery for Large Calcified Myomas Using Orthopedic Instruments.

Minimally invasive surgery is preferred over open surgery for hysterectomy owing to improved surgical outcomes [ 1 Lim PC Crane JT English EJ et al. Here, we present the case of calcified large myomas that were treated via laparoscope; the myomas were removed through a small incision using an orthopedic drill and bone rongeurs.
