Abstract
•The effect of Cr3+ ion doping on the electrochemical performance of TNO has been studied.•The Cr-TNO shows an improved conductivity and ion transport leading to beeter rate performance.•The hybrid supercapacitors based on Cr-TNO and AC show an energy density of 116.1 Wh/kg at a power density of 135 W/kg.•The performance of Cr-TNO//LNMO full cell is also investigated.
