摘要

•Aggregation induced emission (AIE) of AuNCs with C16mimCl, SAIL studied.•Aggregation results three regions - turbid (1st), precipitate and turbid (2nd).•AIE enhancement for MHDA-AuNC becomes more prominent than MUA-AuNC.•Decreasing the pH, the fluorescence intensity of aggregates gradually decreases.
