Narrow-band imaging for detecting nasal lymphoma

•Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKL), nasal type is a subtype of mature T- and natural killer cell lymphomas.•Most frequent sites of invasion are the nasal cavity, palate, and nasopharynx.•Narrow-band imaging (NBI) is an advanced endoscopic technique useful for the detection of nasal lymphomas.•NBI may be a valuable screening tool for nasal lymphomas as it is non-invasive and affordable.
