Abstract
某4Cr14N i14W2Mo钢节流嘴零件渗氮后,发现球面存在点状缺陷,经试验确定缺陷为渗氮层剥落.试验发现:渗氮层内沿奥氏体晶界析出的第二相粒子产生的晶间应力对奥氏体晶界的削弱,是造成渗氮层剥落的根源,且渗氮层较大的表面残余应力,加剧了渗氮层剥落的趋势.
