Abstract
Over the past few decades scientists have noticed that burnout affects employees and does not allow successful self-realisation. Since employee wellbeing can affect the organised activity, effects of a burnout are a relevant topic and are increasingly being analysed among scientists. The effect of a burnout while organising leisure time activities is not widely researched, thus the problem discussed in this article is relevant and timely. Having solved the burnout effects on leisure time organiser would lead to more efficient ways of carrying out organised activity and improve professional self-realisation. Scientific literature data analysis, statistic data analysis and a structured interview were used in this research. The aim of this article is to evaluate leisure time organiser's burnout and find solutions for successful professional realisation. The theoretical concept of leisure time organisation and leisure services is revealed. The relation between burnout and leisure time organisation is presented and the employee burnout effect while organising free time is analysed. The results showed that determining the onset of burnout is important and leisure time organiser's professional self-realisation and the quality of organised activity depends on it. Timely noticed burnout signs should be stopped for the organised leisure time to take place properly. It was established that the burnout causes were related to the leisure time organiser as well as organised leisure time activities. It is important for leisure time organisers to pay attention to their wellbeing on which depends the success of their organised activity. Main conclusions: the presence of burnout evokes memories, as well as experienced states in organising leisure time activities. The negative effects of burnout on organised leisure time quality were also confirmed. To improve the organised leisure time activity, it is necessary to identify your wellbeing and its ailments, determine their causes. Have training sessions and psychological consultations that would encourage solving stressful situations, conflict management. Arrange seminars for leisure time organisers which would offer the opportunity to improve and be able to identify professional self-realisation factors. Encourage leisure time organisers to participate in activities which would meet their personal needs and hobbies
