Abstract
This paper is concerned with the existence of a mild solution for the fractional delay control system. Firstly, we will study the control problem. Then, we will deal with the topological structure of the solution set consisting of the compactness and R sigma property. We will derive a mild solution to the above delay control problem by using the Laplace transform method.
