Research on Test Data Processing Method in Condition Based Maintenance of Transformation Equipment

With the comprehensive development of condition monitoring technology, condition-based maintenance will replace the traditional planned maintenance system and bring enormous economic benefits to power enterprises. The condition-based maintenance of transformation equipment can reflect all kinds of data of the running state of power equipment so as to comprehensively judge its state. This study uses statistical methods to compare all kinds of input data of transformer horizontally and vertically, which can solve the complex problem of statistical analysis and judgment of a large amount of data, and make the evaluation of transformer state more scientific. This method changes the present situation of evaluating the equipment state according to experience, and makes the suggestions of state maintenance of the state analysis function of computer intelligent diagnosis more reasonable.
