Abstract
近年来研究发现,昆虫病原真菌(Entomopathogenic fungi,EPF)的某些菌株除了直接作为生物杀虫剂外,也可作为植物内生菌,对病虫害保持长效抑制效果,还具有促进植物生长等作用.本文综述了昆虫病原真菌的植物内生特性、定殖过程及影响因素.同时,阐述昆虫病原真菌在植物内的定殖对靶标害虫及其天敌昆虫、植物病原体的影响,探讨了昆虫病原真菌间接防治病虫害的作用机制和诱导植物抗性的作用机理,为进一步充分挖掘"内生昆虫病原真菌—寄主植物—昆虫/植物病原物"三者作用机制和应用潜力提供理论参考.
