摘要

•Novel pterostilbene analogs compounds were synthesized.•Compound D22 inhibits inflammatory factor IL-1β secretes by targeting NLRP3 protein and shows high anti-inflammatory activity.•In vivo experiments showed that D22 had a good therapeutic effect on DSS-induced acute colitis in mice.
