Abstract
A new clamping structure of linear ultrasonic motor is proposed, which adopts the combination of flexible hinge structure and hinge support at both ends. Firstly, three new clamping structures are proposed based on the characteristics of the flexible hinge structure and the hinge support at both ends. Then, the normal stiffness and tangential stiffness of the three clamping structures are studied; the finite element model of the vibration of the stator structure is used to analyze their influence on the two-phase mode of the motor stator; finally, the four different clamping structures are experimentally studied. The output characteristics of the motor. The research shows that compared with the one-end hinged support, the new clamping structure reduces the normal stiffness and tangential stiffness of one-end hinged support, and the clamping structure is symmetrical, with better modal consistency and the same running speed in both directions. Due to the flexible hinge structure, the speed fluctuation of the motor is small when running. Due to the clamping method of hinged support at both ends, the motor still has a large output force, and at the same time, the structure is more stable.
