Retrospective analysis of clinical features and fertility outcomes with fertility-sparing treatment of placental site trophoblastic tumor

•Conservative surgery can be considered in PSTT patients with confined lesion.•Fertility-sparing treatment will not prolong the chemotherapy duration in strictly selected patients.•Fertility-sparing treatment will not influence the risk of relapse or overall survival.•Favorable pregnancy and live birth rates can be achieved in PSTT patients after fertility-sparing treatment.
