Research on Data Ownership Based on High Dimensional and Multisource Characteristics of Energy Data

This paper studies the transaction and transfer of data ownership and use right when energy data is traded as a commodity, including exchange right, transaction use right, income retention right, disposal right and possession right, which is used to divide the responsibility subjects after the transaction and provide theoretical basis for the operation of energy data trading.
