Abstract
The authors declare no conflict of interest. FIGURE S1. Patch tests results with intense erythema, infiltrate and coalescing vesicles (+++) to Nickel sulfate hexahydrate 5% pet. (A) and Palladium chloride 2% pet. (B) at D4 reading. FIGURE S2. Cell stimulation index according to metal salts and sirolimus concentration. The patient under study had a positive LTT result with nickel sulfate and palladium chloride. She had a negative LTT result with the rest of the metals and sirolimus. The patient had a normal response to Dynabeads CD3/CD28 (positive control).
