Optimization method of control taking into account reliability

The article presents a method of analysis of control systems carried out at the design stage through modeling and computer simulation. It should be emphasized that the costs associated with the removal of possible system errors at this stage are the lowest. The selected example shows the optimization of the control algorithm and its settings as a function of reliability expressed in the system's resistance to disturbances. In order to carry out the analysis, a physical model of the control object was built. Then, the jump characteristics of the object were recorded. On its basis, simulation models of the object and the control system were developed, which were the basis for analysis by computer simulation. The simulation results were finally verified on the physical control object model.
