Abstract
为确定采集于哈尔滨将军山的全沟硬蜱体内是否携带伯氏疏螺旋体(Borrelia burgdorferi)及其分型情况,本研究应用巢式PCR方法对伯氏疏螺旋体进行检测,并进一步应用分型标记基因OspA和groEL进行分型.应用巢式PCR方法在全沟硬蜱体内检测到伯氏疏螺旋体,OspA和groEL的长度分别为287 bp和289 bp,进化分析结果显示,本实验的伯氏疏螺旋体均与GenBank登录的阿弗西尼疏螺旋体(B.afzelii)序列在同一进化分支上.研究结果表明,采集于哈尔滨将军山的全沟硬蜱携带伯氏疏螺旋体,类型为阿弗西尼疏螺旋体(B.afzelii).
