摘要
Introduction: this study was to explore the effect of psychological nursing on the psychological status of hepatitis B virus (HBV)-carrying pregnant women. Materials: the research subjects were 80 pregnant women carrying HBV in our hospital. Methods: forty cases in the intervention group were treated with psychological nursing, and 40 cases in the nonintervention group were not treated with psychological nursing. Results: the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores of pregnant women in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of pregnant women and parturients without psychological nursing intervention (P<0.05). The scores of the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ9) and Stait-Trait Anxiety Inventory Scale (STAIS) in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the nonintervention group (P<0.05). The scores of time to fall asleep, sleep efficiency, sleep duration, sleep quality, sleep disorder, daytime dysfunction, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score in the psychological nursing intervention group were significantly lower than those in the nonintervention group (P<0.05). Moreover, the scores of physiological function, role physical, physical pain, general health status, energy, social function, emotional function, and mental health of pregnant women in the psychological nursing intervention group were higher than those in the nonintervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion: psychological nursing can relieve anxiety and depression in pregnant women carrying HBV and improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
