摘要
The connection of solar renewable energy to the grid reduces the controllable resources of the grid and increases the uncertainty of the balance of the power grid and the uncertainty of the development of the power grid. In this paper, the progressive planning model of transmission network is proposed, and the grid planning method is established. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. Taking the IEEE30 node system as the basic example, the feasibility of the progressive programming is verified and the effectiveness and advantages of the progressive programming model are illustrated.
