Distributed Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Collaborative Progressive Planning Method for Distribution Network

According to the traditional planning method, it is difficult to deal with the source and load imbalance caused by the grid connection of distributed photovoltaic and the increasing number of new load, and the future development of source and load imbalance. By studying the conflict characteristics between different planning stages, the progressive planning method is proposed. Comprehensively consider economy, environmental protection and reliability to build a distributed photovoltaic and energy storage collaborative progressive planning model. COBL-PSO algorithm was used to solve the problem, and a collaborative progressive planning scheme of distributed photovoltaic and energy storage was obtained. The IEEE33 node model is used for analysis to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
