《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)对青梅中农药残留的种类、 最大残留限量作了规定,本文总结了目前青梅农药登记及禁限用情况,同时对新标准中涉及青梅农药残留限量的变化进行归纳,以期科学指导生产安全用药,保障青梅的食用安全.
