摘要

•ITGB2 showed strong discriminative ability of allopurinol-induced SCAR.•Methylation level of ITGB2 were related with allopurinol-induced SCAR phenotypes.•ITGB2 methylation may improve prediction accuracy of allopurinol hypersensitivity.
