摘要
FLG mutations are an important genetic risk factor for atopic dermatitis (AD) onset. FLG mutations increased the risk of not later-onset but early-onset AD from the Japanese general birth cohort [1]. Furthermore, FLG mutations were associated with food allergy, allergic rhinitis, and asthma with eczema [2,3]. Early-onset AD was also a risk factor for developing various allergic diseases, such as food allergy [4,5]. In this study, we focused the infants with early-onset AD to determine whether FLG mutations influenced subsequent AD control and respiratory symptoms.
