Abstract
WS-PM exposure induce varying degrees of toxic effects, such as body development, shorten lifespan and healthspan. The IIS pathway and lipid metabolism/transport were disturbed by WS-PM during WS-PM exposure, suggesting their regulatory role in lifespan determination.
