Abstract
为了提高钢包用铝镁浇注料的抗氧化性能,以特级矾土、刚玉、镁砂、氧化铝超微粉、SiO2微粉、碳素、抗氧化剂Si2N2O为主要原料制备铝镁浇注料,研究了抗氧化剂Si2N2O对浇注料各个温度段强度及抗氧化性能的影响.Si2N2O的引入量从0到2%,以0.5%为差额,等量替代刚玉粉,对制得的试样检测中温1000℃及高温1500℃烧后的抗折耐压强度、抗氧化性指标.结果显示:随着Si2N2O的增加,试样烧后线变化率上升,体密先升后降,气孔率变化与体密变化规律相反.通过烧后试样的黑心变化判断,抗氧化性呈现逐渐变好的趋势,当Si2N2O引入量为1%时,浇注料的综合性能最好.
