低品位盐矿驱动溶采方案模拟研究

Abstract
针对青海低品位盐矿结构特点,设计了一种补卤管驱动溶采方案,并对补卤管结构参数进行优化,模拟分析了矿层内流体渗流、盐分溶解及离子迁移规律.结果表明:溶采方案采用上下排列方式,补卤管最优设计形式为双列布孔、双列孔间角度为120°、半径为5 mm、孔心距为25 mm,截面渗流速度均匀度可达到0.87以上,在模型垂直方向上,NaCl、KCl、MgCl2的溶解速率整体呈现上快下慢的趋势,8 h后NaCl溶出率为23.25%、KCl溶出率为92.65%,可以在保证盐矿完整性的前提下较好地溶出KCl.
