异基因造血干细胞移植术后EB病毒相关淋巴组织增生性疾病病例报道

Abstract
报道1例异基因移植后EB病毒（epstein-barr virus，EBV）相关的淋巴组织增生性疾病，探讨临床特征、病理诊断、鉴别诊断及预后治疗。患者女性，异体基因移植术后51 d，发热体温38.1 ℃，双侧颈部及左侧腋窝淋巴结均肿大，左侧腋窝淋巴结穿刺活检，显微镜下见淋巴细胞弥漫增生，小-中等大小，见散在异型大细胞。免疫组化提示：EBV相关淋巴组织增生性疾病。诊断过程需要鉴别EBV相关淋巴瘤，如霍奇金淋巴瘤，NK/T淋巴瘤等。
