超声辅助提取冬荪菌托多糖的工艺优化

Abstract
本文采用超声辅助水提法提取冬荪菌托多糖,并通过Sevag手段脱蛋白,通过单因素试验和响应面法,以冬荪菌托多糖提取得率为衡量指标,优化提取工艺.结果表明,冬荪菌托多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为水浴温度92℃,超声功率535 W,超声时间32 min,液料比27:1(mL/g).此时多糖提取得率为7.442%,与模型预测理论值7.568%相近.本研究优化所得工艺可为提取冬荪菌托多糖提供参考.
