UAV-based 5G Air-to-Ground Integrated Wireless Network Coverage.

摘要
The rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has driven the trend towards data link with cellular network and intelligence. Such trend has raised requirements for low-altitude 5G wireless network coverage, especially based on an air-to-ground (A2G) integrated wireless network. In this paper, we investigate the comprehensive tests on the low-altitude coverage of typical wireless public cellular networks. Next, we propose low-altitude network optimization methods in terms of scenario-specific beam, downtilt, and transmit power. Finally, we conduct comprehensive verification and analysis.
