NU SAFE Faculty: A Microsoft PowerApps Application for Health Monitoring in National University Philippines.

In the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is affected with changes in their lifestyle due to the enforcement of minimum public health standards and lockdowns. This study presents a web and mobile application with Microsoft PowerApps that will allow users in their health monitoring needs amidst the pandemic. The proposed web and mobile application will allow students and employees input their health declaration before entering the campus. The proposed system will also cover users to input their vaccination details and personal information for monitoring. Contact tracing through the mobile application is also proposed to assist the administrators in the early detection of confirmed positive cases.
