Abstract

为研究不同接装纸中甜味剂的差异性,通过溶剂萃取-HPLC-ELSD的方法对15种甜味接装纸中的甜味剂进行了检测分析,结果表明,15种甜味接装纸中仅检测出糖精钠、三氯蔗糖、纽甜和甜菊糖苷等甜味剂,其中糖精钠含量最大,为870.74～3 052.78 μg/g,纽甜含量最小,为111.37～161.65μg/g;除糖精钠外,在H接装纸还检出三氯蔗糖,D接装纸还检出甜菊糖苷,含量分别为463.75 μg/g和680.52 μg/g.
