Abstract
• The prevalence of anxiety, depression, and insomnia symptoms in pregnant women during the third wave of COVID-19 in Colombia were higher compared to the general population in Colombia before pandemic. • Threatened Preterm Labor and Intrauterine Growth Restriction were associated with mental health outcomes in pregnant women. • It is crucial to identify maternal-fetal conditions in pregnant women to mitigate possible poor mental health outcomes.
