Abstract
In order to meet the mechanical properties of autopilot servo controller, find the defect linked in the design, and ensure the strength, stiffness and reliability of the product, the mechanical properties of the autopilot servo controller were simulated and analyzed in this the paper. The ANSYS was used to analyze the stress and strain of the autopilot servo controller under impact loading, the modal analysis and random vibration analysis were carried out. The intensity check analysis and interference check analysis on Direction X, Y, Z of the product was carried out. According to the result of the simulation, the potential structure weaknesses and vibration interference problems of the product in design are going to be found in order to improve the design, ensure the reliability of the product, avoid the occurrence of flight accidents, reduce the period of design and production and provide the theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the subsequent products.
